5 LEADERSHIP KEYS TO PROMOTE PEER-TO-PEER ACCOUNTABILITY

In a 100% Personal Responsibility Culture, all team members naturally go the extra mile to exceed your customers’ expectations (and yours).

Leaders often talk about accountability as the magic bullet to organizational success.

But trying to promote accountability without leveraging personal responsibility leads to buck-passing, finger pointing, and CYA behavior.

We help companies develop and leverage the personal responsibility of individuals to create a team of first responders who take inspired action to find solutions, and hold themselves accountable to deliver results that exceed your customers’ expectations.

Here are five key times when companies call us:

    1. There’s a perception that accountability standards are not applied uniformly throughout the organization, and it’s creating resentment and distrust between departments.
    2. Silos and unproductive communication loops have developed because executive and director level leaders aren’t on the same page.
    3. There’s been a leadership change or new strategic direction, and the team needs to realign to execute effectively.
    4. Executive leadership feels like they are “pushing the train” and wants to empower decision-making and initiative at lower levels of the organiation.
    5. You’ve had an increase in turnover of > 5% and/or your previous employees are leaving unfavorable reviews on Glassdoor.

Sometimes even the most gifted teams can get out of sync. Bringing in an expert can help you realign and move forward with speed and ease.

sea_urchin_icon WHY A SEA URCHIN?

Einstein said, “You cannot solve a problem at the level of the problem.” You must be able to access a higher level of wisdom in order to solve some of the toughest challenges in business & life. This wisdom is inside of you, in the form of your intuition, and it expresses itself through the physical sensations — often known as “gut feelings” — of your body.

The sea urchin has no eyes and uses sensors in its body to “see”. It operates on the system I teach my clients, which is using your body to access your intuition and navigate your true path forward.
